1.  Session Fees

Once a portrait session has been performed, the session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Jessica Meta Photo up to and through that point.  The gallery of edited images will be completed within 2 weeks and viewed in a private online gallery.  Once the client has made their selections and paid for any extra images or services, the client will receive retouched, high resolution images.  Please note, RAW images are not released.

    2.  Location Costs and Fees

If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, the client will be responsible for those fees.  Session fees covers travel within 30 minutes of Boerne, TX.  Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge.

    3.  Re-shoots/Refunds

The photographer does not offer reshoots or refunds other than for technical failures or malfunctions that prevents the photographer from delivering the agreed upon number of technically proficient images in clear focus.

    4.  Archive

After six (6) months, all images will be purged from the photographer’s hard-drive, except as needed for promotional purposes, to be determined by the photographer at the photographer’s sole discretion.

    5.  Liability

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties.  Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or business.

    6.  Copyright

Jessica Meta Photo retains all copyrights to all images created during a client’s session.  A print release is given with digital files to print portraits and for personal use.  The print release does not allow publication of your portraits, selling, or altering your images without the photographer’s written permission.

    7.  Timing

The photo session starts at the agreed upon time.  If the client arrives late to a session in will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible.
